Artisan Coffee Bar Bangsar BVII
The cafe in Bangsar is our first venture into a mall. We’re intrigued to see how our style of cafe would work in a mall and consider ourselves lucky to have been asked to set up in such a prestigious one.
The design incorporates many of the features that have been used in our previous cafes: different types of seating in different areas, bench seating overlooking the filter bar for barista/customer interaction, cafetiere lighting, brickwork. We’ve taken up a lot of space for our preparation area in order to provide a faster service – it’s the first of our cafes to sport two espresso machines. And we’ve tried to create a place that will feel Artisan while still being a part of a mall. All the benches are still handcrafted and we’re using the best coffee equipment that we can get out hands on.
